STRONG & GODLY MEN
VISION LAUNCH
The framework

April 30, 2025 event

“Build for Eternity. Lead with Purpose.”

I. Opening Prayer and Dedication

“We gather together, not for our own purposes, but for kingdom purposes... to glean off of each other... become strong and godly men… and go forth and conquer.”

  • Heart posture: Humble, mission-driven, focused on growth and spiritual leadership.

  • Men united around a higher calling: leading families, impacting communities, and building with eternal focus.

II. The Big Vision: Why This Matters Now

“What the world needs to see… is godly Christian strong men… who are staying alert, staying awake.”

  • This is more than a meeting—it’s the launch of a movement.

  • Vision based on two pillars:

    • Leadership

    • Building with Kingdom Purpose

“You're built to lead. And you're called to build something that can be rewarded.”

III. The Call to Wake Up

“Anybody still chasing the American dream and not God’s calling on your life?”
“Get your house, wife, kids… but then what? Don’t let life be a selfish, empty pursuit.”

  • Challenge to reject the shallow life of consumer success.

  • Exhortation to live with deep purpose, aligned with God’s kingdom, not just comfort or culture.

IV. What Are You Building?

“What are you waking up for? What are you putting your hand to?”
“Your life is a ministry.”

  • Everyone is building something:

    • A legacy

    • A witness

    • A business or family or habit

  • The question is: Will it last in eternity?

V. The Foundation: 1 Corinthians 3:10–15

“Each one must be careful how he builds… it will be revealed by fire. If it survives, he will receive a reward.”

  • The Judgment Seat of Christ:

    • Not about salvation—you are already saved.

    • It’s about reward for what was built on Christ’s foundation.

  • Ask yourself:

    • Is it gold, silver, precious stones—or wood, hay, straw?

    • Does it reflect Christ?

    • Does it benefit people eternally?

“Let it pass through the fire now—before it passes through the fire then.”

VI. Not Works, But Responsibility

“You could do absolutely nothing for the next 40 years… and God’s still pleased with you.”
“But your choices still matter.”

  • The grace-based mindset:

    • Not earning love.

    • But stewarding life intentionally.

    • Maturity is responsibility.

  • Not about perfection or pressure—this is about intentional living and legacy.

VII. The Four Areas of Leadership

“You're called to lead in four areas: yourself, your family, your church, and your community.”

1. Lead Yourself Well

“If you’re not feeding on the Word of God, you’re on a path to destruction.”
“Discipline in your body teaches you to be disciplined in your faith.”

  • Daily Word intake

  • Physical, mental, and financial disciplines

  • Develop personal integrity and consistency

“Your money is like a crowbar that opens up your heart to the Lord.”

2. Lead in Your Family

“Love goes first in marriage.”
“I’m committed to my children’s success.”

  • Sow intentional love, affirmation, support, and leadership in marriage and parenting

  • Commit to your family’s spiritual and emotional health

  • Prioritize being present and proactive

3. Lead in the Body of Christ

“Do you know your calling?”
“If you sat down with the Lord, what would He say to do?”

  • Serve from identity—not performance

  • Discover your spiritual gifts and area of service

  • Define fruit goals:
“I want people to walk away from a conversation with me feeling valuable.”

4. Lead in the Community

“Abortion, marriage, gender—these are not political issues. They’re cultural and biblical.”

  • Take a stand on truth in culture without shame or confusion

  • Speak boldly, live authentically, and represent biblical masculinity

  • Model Christ to a world starving for structure and identity

“Young men are looking for a structure to build their life on.”

VIII. Eternal Rewards and Legacy

“The goal in life is not to arrive at death comfortably.”
“What you build here can echo in eternity.”

  • Influence isn't measured by outcome—it’s measured by obedience and motive

  • Even simple, quiet moments of love and kindness may bear eternal fruit

  • Every conversation, act of generosity, or seed sown could become gold

IX. Group Discussion & Homework

“How will you lead? And what kingdom purpose will you build?”

Homework Prompts:

  1. What eternal fruit do you want to bear in the next 12 months?

  2. What are you building that will pass through the fire and remain?

  3. Which area of leadership needs your immediate focus?

  4. Define your “assignment” for this season.

XII. Final Words of Encouragement

“You're not working to earn anything… you're stewarding the life you've been given.”
“Let your choices reflect the glory of God.”
